Who we are
Teyo is run by Teymour Aziz, in London and Birmingham. We’re responsible for the details you send us through this website. You can reach us at hello@teyo.uk.
What we collect
When you use the “free review” form, we collect your name, email address, business name and industry, and which page you were on. If you add them, we also collect your phone number and your message. If you email us, we receive whatever you send.
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and arrange the free review you asked for. You won’t be added to a mailing list, and we never sell your details or share them for marketing.
The law lets us do this because you asked us to get in touch before any agreement, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who else handles it
- Resend (USA) sends our emails, including your confirmation. Its terms include the UK’s standard contract clauses for data sent outside the UK.
- Zoho runs our email inbox from its European data centre. Your enquiry is kept there.
- Vercel (USA) hosts this website and runs the form, so your details pass through its systems. The form holds your IP address in memory for a short time to block spam, and never saves it. If an email fails to send, your name and email are written to Vercel’s error log so we can reply by hand.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact with you.
The free enquiry review
On a review, you look through your own enquiries. We note only how long each one waited for a reply and whether it booked. We never see or record names, messages or anything medical.
If we work with your business
When Teyo replies to your customers for you, your business decides how their details are used, and we follow your instructions under a written data processing agreement. That agreement covers their data, not this notice.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email hello@teyo.uk and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
